About

A private holding company built for the long term.

ROXCORP is a Florida-based private holding company that owns and oversees a diversified group of businesses and assets. It is structured around three integrated entities: the holding company itself, an e-commerce operating company, and an asset management company.

ROXCORP sits at the top. It owns everything, allocates capital across the group, and sets long-term strategy. Beneath it, ROXCORP Commerce builds and acquires consumer brands that generate recurring cash flow, while ROXCORP Capital deploys that excess cash into long-duration investments designed to compound over decades.

The model is intentionally simple: Commerce generates cash flow, Capital compounds it, and ROXCORP owns everything. Future divisions — including real estate, ventures, and technology — will extend the same structure as the group grows.
